“I am deeply proud of the community-oriented company that my father, Howard Noble, built from the ground up. As Noble Insurance’s president I love every aspect of my career, and to this day I share my dad’s belief that it’s the little things in life that count. I first entered the insurance business over forty years ago, after graduating with my B.A. in Economics from Wilfred Laurier University. I obtained my insurance license and designation and went on to specialize in farm, auto, home and business insurance, and, ultimately, to take over the family business. Since the day we opened our first Collingwood location in 1968, I’ve never looked back. I’ll always be a strong advocate for greater Georgian Bay, because my passion for where I grew up is something that deepens every year.”
Wayne is very involved in his community as a member of the Rotary Club of Collingwood and a Past Master of the Masonic Lodge, and also volunteers with Meals on Wheels. He and his wife Hilda enjoy spending time together at the cottage with their kids and grandchildren. Enthusiastic travelers, they’ve globetrotted to places like Dubai, Egypt, Israel and Turkey, but they maintain that the best part of leaving Collingwood is getting to come back home again.
