Tava is a licenced broker and has been a member of the Noble Insurance team since 1996. Tava prides herself in developing courteous and professional relationships with her clients, taking time to listen to their needs, posing questions to flesh out issues/scenarios they may not be aware of, and then present them with products and options to fulfill their needs, protect their properties, and meet their budget requirements.

About her job Tava says: "The most important and fulfilling thing about providing insurance service and products to my clients, is knowing that the services I provide for them are the same services I would give to myself. In this regard I know they are getting the best service and products available." Tava obtained a Business Marketing Diploma from Georgian College and obtained her licenced broker designation in 1997. In 2000 she transferred from the Personal Lines division to specialize in Commercial Insurance. She obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 1999, and the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2007.
