Recently, we received a letter and a follow-up phone call from Tracy Hemeon to update our home insurance policy. We began chatting and we soon realized that we had neglected to update Noble Insurance on some of our home improvements. We know better but with the business and bit of confusion with construction etc., we forgot to inform your company. We were so grateful that Tracy had contacted us to close the gap between our old policy and the new value of our home. She also suggested we change our company policy holder to one which would increase our policy value but cost us less. Well, how can one argue with such an offer! She reassessed our home, cancelled our old policy, instated us in to a new company and invited us in to sign the papers. She painstakingly reviewed every detail of our policy in easy-to-understand language. We have never had anyone take the time to explain everything in such detail. We were left with more satisfaction and peace of mind than we've ever felt before. Noble Insurance has always been a company we have respected and it has served us well in the past but Tracy was definitely outstanding and we wish to commend her to you for the fine service she provided. Her personable, knowledgeable approach, her excellent listening skills and friendly, bubbly personality are great assets which we appreciated immensely.

As in many businesses insurance is something you have to have but it is not the kind of reading you ever do at your desk or in bed to fall to sleep. Well maybe to fall to sleep. I was impressed with Heather the first time she spoke and her offer to any client to read the fine print impressed me a lot. I have never read the fine print and that may be a guy thing like reading manuals for something new. I realized one day while filing some of the reams of paper on my desk that the big brown unopened envelope was from my insurance company so I opened it and glanced through some of the pages then looked at the price. The next day at BNI it came to me that I should really review this information and asked Heather for an opinion. She agreed and I was at home about to send it realizing it expired in three days. When I called her she asked me to fax it over and would review it over the week end and try to put something together. We had a good conversation about my business and the things I do and how I operate so she could understand how I work. To my amazement she had a quote on coverage for me including some coverage I have never had. Working over the week end and providing a quote plus faxing the coverage for my review was totally unexpected. I was able to update my insurance with much better and much higher insurance coverage before the old policy expired. Thank you very much Heather. Heather really does work for her customer not the insurance provider and she cares very much about your business and that you have proper coverage. I am very comfortable now knowing I have excellent coverage and an agent that represents me, willing to read the fine print and protect my interests above all else. I have had reason to contact your offices a number of times recently with respect to the renewing of our personal insurance requirements and each and every time I contact your office in Collingwood your staff are exceptional in both their manner on the phone and their responsiveness. In addition, over the past two years I have been rear-ended twice so have had (unfortunately) reason to contact your offices with respect to these two incidents....again, your staff were incredible and followed up with me at all relevant times with respect to how I was feeling etc etc.
